Love When Clients Are Excited

Over the past year or so, I've found myself following my clients on Facebook (if they have an account). Its a great way for me to keep in touch with them even after the transaction is complete.

What I mostly enjoy is how excited they are about their home being built. When you are in the Real Estate business, you are use to the day to day process... the excitement really isn't there on every transaction (except for pay day of course). But for Home Buyers, the excitement is there from day ONE.

This couple I am following posted this picture about their home that is being built. The excitement was over a PORTAPOTTY which indicated to them that the builder was starting soon. :-)

Do you think they are excited? No one other than a new home buyer would be excited to see a portapotty. THIS is why I love what I do!!

Buying a home from the ground up is exciting! We spent some time in the dirt ourselves mapping out the floor plan before the actual construction began. It's amazing how small it looks until the frame goes up.

John that is a humorous touch of progress. Well it has to start somewhere!!! I have done that ground up from dirt twice myself.

Well done John! PORTAPOTTY is sure a big step when you are building your own dream house.

Teral - They actually posted another picture today because the plumbing is in. Now they just need some cement and a frame. I remember walking through out framed house. A lot of fun picturing it all done.

Gary - Building a home the way YOU want it is always exciting! I've only done it once, but look forward to doing it again at some point.

LOL Eileen. She was just as excited about it over the phone when I spoke to her.
