Frisco Texas Mortgages, Real Estate, Events, and more: Soliciting Help From My Friends on AR to Help My Daughter Meet Her Goal

Soliciting Help From My Friends on AR to Help My Daughter Meet Her Goal

Good Morning AR Friends,

About 3 months ago, my daughter become a Home Schooler. It has certainly been an exciting experience thus far. My wife and I take turns being home to ensure she gets the assistance needed to complete her daily work. She is doing FANTASTIC already. Its not too surprising because she has been a straight "A"s student since starting school.

If you or someone you know is a home schooler, you know that there is a lot of time spent at home. In order to keep her active, she has started to volunteer at SPCA. Right now she is spending about 4-6 hours per week and loves every minute of it. SPCA rule is that she complete 50 hours before being able to interact with the animals. So for now, she is cleaning cages, packaging snacks, and other odds and ends.

It was just a matter of time that she found a dog that she loves... which we have since added to our family. Now we have two SPCA dogs. The first is Emma which we picked up 5 years ago. The second is Faith, who is 3 months old. Both are mixed breeds and VERY lovable!

Okay... so why am I sharing this with you?  Well, she is participating in a FundRaiser called "Strut Your Mutt" which is through SPCA. The funds are used to support SPCA. Her goal is $500 by the deadline, which is March 20th.

I told my wife I was going to post about it, but she insists that I'll receive comments but not donations. So, I am asking if you would consider donating even $1 to help Sidney meet her goal.

Click here - SPCA - Strut Your Mutt Donation

Please know that I will not be calling your home and asking why you did not donate. If you can spare $1 or more, great! If you can not, then no big deal. I know there are lots of good causes out there and it is up to you on where you make your donations.

Thank you for your consideration!

I have my brand-new crdit card sitting here in front of me, just activated.  So a donation will be my first charge. That's kinda fun!
