You read that correctly! For the week of 9/28 - 10/2 Strikz Entertainment is offering FREE BOWLING for lunch.
- Where - Strikz Entertainment 8789 Lebanon Rd Frisco TX
- Date - 9/28 to 10/2
- Time - 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Cost - NOTHING, ZERO, ZILTCH
How can this be, you ask? First of all, you must make a reservation. Its First Come First Serve. During this time, Strikz is offering a 'Lane Side Buffet' for only $9.99. That's all you can eat, plus bowling!
Shoes are not included in the price, so if you do not own a pair you will need to rent them. I believe rentals are $3.75 for adults and $2.75 for children.

Boy that would be awesome. Sounds like a great time. Have fun.
Sounds like fun John!
Begin each day as if it were on purpose,
Paul
bowling for lunch. great idea.
That sounds like some awesomely good fun!!
Lisa - I probably wont make it out there during lunch, but you never know. If I do, I'll post pics.
Paul - Agreed. They should have a good turnout.
Angelia It was my idea after all. :-) Okay, I made that up.
Donna - I'll add you to the list. Are you coming?
Back to bowling again? Did you ever post your scores from the last outing?
This is awesome. Would you be going? We are out of town that weekend though.
This is so timely! I have a buyer asking me where all the bowling alleys are.
Free is always good. Is this an effort to drum up more business, or something for community service?
Erik - I didnt post the scores. But I'll tell you them now... I scored 148 and then a 211. The 211 is pretty abnormal. I bowled a lot of strikes and went on a little roll.
Loreena - Honestly, I probably wont make it. Sounds like fun though. Who knows, maybe I will.
Lorrie - Are you playing with me??? That would be odd timing, but hey now you have the info for THIS place. There is a second one in Frisco - Main Event on Tollway and 720.
Lisa - Im sure its to get more people in the door. They have a new Entertainment Center which has many of the same events (bowling, laser tag, arcade). Its a little odd to run it during the day NOT during the summer though.
Sounds like a lot of fun. I haven't tossed a ball in years...
Helping you live your American dream...
Michael - We go occasionally. My son really likes to bowl, but my daughter can take it or leave it. When we go, we usually will do the late night cosmic bowling.
Great deal!
John: No, I'm serious about him asking about bowling alleys and even blogged about it.
Thats funny Lorrie.
211!!! <-- Was this in 12 frames or 15?
Erik - I was shocked as well and can admit that it was lucky. I haven't bowled over 200 in a long time and don't plan on it happening any time soon. Typically, I am a 140-160 type guy.
