Frisco Texas Mortgages, Real Estate, Events, and more: Keep In Mind... These are DOGS

Keep In Mind... These are DOGS

Not sure how many of you have AOL. If you have AOL, then you would have seen this on the 3rd page of the 'Daily News' that is present when you sign in each day.

These are pictures of Dogs from a contest called 'Creative Poodle'. Its amazing to me what some people will do to their pets. If I were one of these dogs, I would certainly BITE MY OWNER. Don't get me wrong, I am impressed with the owners imagination, but can't help but laugh and that makes me sad.

Do you know or live by anyone that would do such a thing?

My personal favorite... Captain Jack Sparrow...

John- Not my cup of tea. I never did get all that and when I lived in Germany as a child we were the brunt of discrimination for favor of dogs over kids. I guess I am still tramatized from that;) Katerina

They look so strange, poor pups.

Wow....I have never seen dog art, before.  The one that looks like a camel is crazy.

Our cock-a-poos are spoiled rotten, but we havent put them through anything like this. Jack Sparrow does have a certain appeal though.

Those dogs are pretty funny looking! My dog Chanel likes to dress up every now and then.

John, I feel sorry for the dogs.  I'm afraid they may not know that they are dogs.

Oh my word... (ROTFLMAO) What can I possibly say to this? What the heck were they thinking? (LMAO)

That's weird but the dogs don't care as long as they get their dinner and treats and get taken for a walk!

John, I pinkie swear I thought that first one was a Panda...I had to do a double take! The second one does look like a Buffalo and the third one certainly looks like a Camel! Do you think they were embarrassed to hang out at the dog park after their makeover?

I must admit the pirate one does look hilarious :)

John, this is worse than dressing your dog or cat in silly clothes =(
The way I see it,

Mt dog is a mut that looks like a mut. He is completely unable to be trained, he will not walk on a leash, and he is named Peter Parker after Spider Man. He would still make fun of these dogs.

Glad you enjoyed it Jeff.

Katerina - I would think its no ones cup of tea... but looks like Im wrong. Sorry to hear about your experience in Germany.

Agreed Sheila

Christine - I want to know if they grow the hair SOO long and then cut it, or do they trim it as it grows??

Im glad to hear you dont do this to you puppy Ron. As for Jack Sparrow... its wierd.

Lizette - Sometimes the dogs that are dressed up look a little silly also. Maybe not quite as bad, but silly just the same. Depends on how you do it though. Would love to see some pics.

Marchel - Dont dogs think they are human anyway? Or they see us as dogs? I know its something like that...

I think I lean a little more towards Michaels reaction Loreena.

CTS - Im not sure. The owners have quite an imagination though. This was just a sample... I looked through about 12 pictures.

Shirley - The dogs may not care or even really notice, except when it takes them 2 hours to get ready to go out for their walk. I have to assume they cant just throw on a leash and go.

Its strange how they look so similar to the real animal (or person) they are portaiting Cynthia.

Paul - Although I agree that dressing your dog up is not quite as bad... or as detailed, I have to say that some dogs that are dressed up look just as silly.

JL - Had you not provided the details of how your dog is, it wouldnt have been as funny. I had a nice belly laugh when you said 'he would still make fun of these dogs'. So funny!  Thanks for the mention in MANCROW

creative yes, cruel and unusual punishment as well.  I hope they are at least getting the best care.  Kind of reminds me of baby pageants.  When moms yell at their kids for not doing better.

Posted by Angelia Garcia (Francesca Realty.LLC) 6 months ago

Can you imagine yelling at these dogs Angelia? These poor puppies cant do too much more.

John, I know of no one who would do this to an animal. When I was a little one the family had a miniature toy poodle and you really couldn't tell what breed he was he was left kinda shaggy, well groomed but shaggy. More like a hippie poodle, lol.

Posted by Cynthia Bartch ~ Redesigned Spaces ~ Georgia Home Stager/Property Stylist (N. Atlanta, GA) 6 months ago

I think having a poodle, you pretty much HAVE to keep their hair groomed, right Cynthia?

Yep to the grooming John, as cute as he was it wasn't my choice of pups, Pop just brought the little fella home. I like the that English Bull Terrier, I know this breed doesn't give people the warm and fuzzies but there are so darn cute to me.
