This afternoon I signed on to ActiveRain as I do everyday (I guess I am addicted that way). Of course I am always excited to see what comments I have received and/or the responses to comments I have made from yesterday or previous days. Yes, i am one of those people that actually watch for your comments after I leave them, hence my post called Why Don't You Respond to Comments Made?
Anyway, I had plenty of responses to read but noticed something different. I LOST a subscriber!! Should I panic? Was it something I said? Was it something I didn't say?

Don't get me wrong, I have unsubscribed to blogs before. Mostly I unsubscribe because the person only posts 'listings' and only occasionally posts something interesting for me. Or maybe the person has not updated their post in weeks. But me? I post every other day and try to stick to useful information.
Perhaps its the posts I have written. So, let's look at them:
- How To Obtain More Listings. Who doesn't want more business? This can't be it. I received a lot of good feedback from agents and have seen these tips work.
- Open House Strategies. If you host open houses, these helpful tips are excellent (in my opinion) and have been proven to be successful. But I know not all agents have or believe in Open Houses. During this series, I actually picked up subscribers, so that can't be it.
- Call Conversations. Sure, the topic was about calls, but can be applied to face-to-face conversation as well. Basically, it was about proper call etiquette and tips on closing the sale.
- I took a little break from 'informative' posts and blogged about my Apple Computer (complete with funny pictures of me). During that break, I also blogged about the Dallas Mavericks and a great new burger place in Frisco.
- Then it was back to business as usual. My next series was about Rebuilding or Building your Credit. These were some basic ideas on building your credit if you have never had credit or rebuilding your credit if you had previous delinquencies including Bankruptcy.
So... what was it? Do you think this person just did not find my information good enough to keep reading? They thought I was good at some point.
If you are still reading my blog, I thank you and I assume I have written something you like. So, what feedback do you have for me so that I keep you as a reader?
