I am a Senior Loan Officer / Mortgage Consultant in Frisco Texas and have been in the Mortgage Industry since April 1993. I have two main goals with each transaction. The first goal is to remove your stress when buying your dream home or refincing your current mortgage. My second goal is to provide exceptional service so that you feel confident in my ability to assist your family and friends when they are ready to refinance their mortgage or purhaps even purchase a home in Frisco Texas.
I've been a member of NAMB (National Association of Mortgage Brokers) since Feb. 2008. NAMB is an association that is committed to promoting the highest degree of professionalism and ethical standards for its members. In addition to mandating members adhere to a professional code of ethics, NAMB provides mortgage brokers with professional education opportunities, and offers rigorous certification programs to recognize members with the highest levels of professional knowledge and education.
As mentioned above, I have been in the mortgage industry since April 1993. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working on several loan scenarios. None of which were Adjustable Rate Mortgage or Subprime(Alt-A) Products. The products I specialize in are Conventional and FHA Loans.
